Your Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity Checks: Oversee consolidated reporting platforms, verify vast amounts of data, and conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

  • Investigative Expertise: Master complex systems and serve as a subject matter expert for team queries. Provide high-level client service and troubleshoot any concerns effectively.

  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to provide accurate reporting, join client calls to address questions, and maintain vendor relationships for data quality.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve existing processes, develop new procedures, and leverage technology for automation. Collaborate with various teams to implement enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or related field

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective management and leadership skills

  • Strong project management abilities

  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills

  • Understanding of the securities industry and Wealth Management brokerage functions
