The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah has an immediate opening for a benefited time administrative assistant (30 hours per week) round out the support team for the Department of Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations (QAMO). This position will provide broad administrative support for faculty and staff of the department.Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with clear communication skills and the ability to learn new processes quickly. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks received from multiple people to determine the order of importance to meet a variety of deadlines. Discretion and good judgement in daily work is a must. A successful candidate supports an inclusive, transparent, and supportive work environment while displaying a positive attitude. Experience with campus processes is a plus.
