Massachusetts Employer Dump Truck Driver in Salem, Massachusetts

Job Description Groom Construction Co, Inc. is seeking a Dump Truck Driver to join their Salem office! This position requires driving, controlling, and maintaining trucks equipped with dump body to transport and unload materials needed for assignments in a safe, efficient manner. Drivers will work in a fast-paced, physically intense environment. Safety is a top priority for drivers and must have knowledge of safe operation, rules of the road, and abide by DOT safety requirements. Duties and responsibilities Physical Labor at construction projects Transport and dump loose or other construction materials. Performs daily inspection of equipment for issues and/or deficiencies. Notifies the Project Manager or Superintendent of any issues/defects. When not driving, will assist the crew as needed. Adheres to all DOT safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications No less than two years of experience driving a dump truck or other big rig. (required) Valid Motor Vehicle Operator\'s license with clean driving record. (required) Massachusetts DOT Medical Card (required)
