Overview

We are looking for a Home Care Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and selling services in the healthcare industry. This position reports to the Area Director of Sales or VP of Regional Operations and is responsible for maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharging planners, and case managers to generate Personal Home Care referrals.

  • Sell Personal Care services in the field by educating referral partners on personal home care and understanding their business needs to grow client referrals.

  • Conduct learning events with referral partners to establish relationships with key decision makers of personal home care in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, communities, and physicians.

  • Conducts care consultation meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present solutions to generate new client admissions.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resources.

  • Assist branch in timely processing of client billing by obtaining client documents and submitting to branch.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range - $60,000/YR to $90,000/YR plus commission.

About You

  • Bachelors / Associates degree - preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role preferably home health, hospice or a related industry preferred. Experience as a Healthcare Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Client Relationship Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Hospice Liaison, Home Health Specialist, Clinical Liaison, Hospice Care Consultant, Home Health Sales Rep, Hospice Sales Account Executive, Private Duty Home Care Marketer or Regional Sales Executive is helpful.
