Mission

  • Propose la stratégie Market Access (MA) pour ses produits (en développement ou commercialisés).

  • Met en oeuvre cette stratégie et s’assure de la cohérence de son déploiement au niveau des autres fonctions du département MA.

Principales responsabilités

En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Pricing, HEOR, Médicale, Marketing, Réglementaire, Affaires institutionnelles, ainsi que les équipes MA Global :

  • Propose la stratégie Access pour ses produits.

  • Conduit, en alignement avec la stratégie, la rédaction des dossiers de transparence (en coordination avec le groupe de travail cross-fonctionnel interne et l’agence externe).

  • S’assure de l’alignement des dossiers de transparence et des dossiers médico économiques (en collaboration avec HEOR).

  • Participe au développement de la stratégie de négociation du prix.

  • Participe à l'évaluation stratégique du développement des nouveaux produits.

  • Identifie les éléments clés de l’environnement pour assurer l’accès à ses produits (en coordination avec les Affaires institutionnelles).

  • Analyse et diffuse les éléments issus de la veille prix et remboursement.

Profil

Formation scientifique (pharmacien, médecin ou autre).

Expérience en market access de 3 à 5 ans.

Compétences requises:

  • Capacité d'analyse / Rigueur scientifique et compréhension approfondie des données cliniques

  • Capacité de synthèse / Capacité à construire une stratégie et à la traduire en messages

  • Capacité à travailler avec des équipes transverses / Leardership

  • Bon niveau d'anglais indispensable
