In addition, Carrier sponsors financial trainings and exams such as CIMA or ACCA for EFLP associates who desire to follow these training schemes.

The European Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) is a key entry point to start a career in finance at Carrier. During the three-year period, finance associates will have three twelve-month rotations during which they will work within several of Carrier’s dynamic global business units and be exposed to different finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Controls (Assistant Controller or Internal Auditor roles), M&A/Business Development, Corporate Tax and Treasury, Project Management and Finance Transformation. New roles are added each year.

EFLP Associates also benefit from the company's international presence by filling positions around Europe. Rotations currently exist in France, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Ireland and Germany. Other locations may be added in September 2024 and/or in upcoming years.

The Carrier EFLP is a great opportunity for recent graduates with the potential and ambition to become a Carrier international finance leader of the future. Spending three years in different rotations broadens finance and accounting skills, establishes a network of professional contacts, and helps gain in-depth knowledge about Carrier's products and processes.

Profile

  • Master’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance

  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language

  • Relevant internship and/or apprenticeship experience

  • Demonstrated leadership ability

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Desire to make a difference and a drive to deliver maximum value

  • Geographical mobility and willingness to work and live in different locations in Europe

  • Global cultural awareness and good influencing skills

  • Legal authorization to work in all European Union countries

  • Availability to join the program late August / early September 2024
