Learn more about us at ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities: Lead the integration of technical systems, manufacturing processes, and product data management during company acquisitions. Analyze and evaluate existing Bill of Materials (BOM) for accuracy, completeness, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to define and standardize manufacturing processes across acquired entities. Ensure product data integrity and consistency across all platforms, facilitating smooth transition and operational efficiency. Develop and implement integration strategies that minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Provide technical expertise and support in the resolution of integration-related challenges. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support the knowledge transfer to relevant teams. Monitor integration progress, reporting on milestones, challenges, and opportunities to the senior management team. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical integration, with a strong focus on manufacturing and product data management. Proven experience in managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and defining manufacturing processes. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in ERP systems, with a solid understanding of data integration requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to managing change and overcoming challenges. Physical Requirements: Must be capable of traveling domestically and/or internationally, as required by the job. This includes the ability to travel by car, airplane, and other modes of transportation. Frequency and duration of travel should be specified, if possible. Ability to navigate and move around various settings, including manufacturing plants, office environments, and during travel. This may involve walking or standing for extended periods. Must possess the stamina to engage in prolonged activities, including tours of manufacturing facilities, inspections, and meetings throughout the day. Ability to wear and use protective gear as required by safety regulations when touring manufacturing floors. This may include safety glasses, helmets, gloves, and ear protection.
