The Applications Processor is responsible for preparing permit, utility and state application packages, tracking/recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations. An ideal candidate for the position will be amiable, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare permit, utility and state application packages

  • Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages

  • Track progress and update information in database

  • Review and distribute documents and correspondence

  • Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: incoming calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations

  • May require permit running

Qualifications & Experience

  • Permitting experience preferred

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in various forms of communication

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills

  • Consistent thoroughness/attention to detail

  • Solar Admin experience preferred, but not required

  • 1+ year(s) of office experience

  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF)

  • College degree preferred

  • Notary Public preferred, but not required
