Attività previste:

• Guidare attivamente il team di sviluppo

• Analizzare i requisiti

• Promuovere la qualità del software e supervisionare le modifiche al prodotto

• Identificare i rischi e fornire un piano d’emergenza

• Rimuovere gli ostacoli tecnici ed indirizzare il debito tecnico

• Partecipare attivamente alla risoluzione delle questioni chiavi

• Fornire soluzioni tecniche a problemi complessi

• Guidare i membri del team nell’adozione delle best practice

• Assistere nella formazione di nuovi dipendenti

Requisiti:

• Buone capacità di comunicazione in inglese

• Capacità di guidare il team di sviluppo

• Capacità di multitasking

• Esperienza nella programmazione con il linguaggio Java e i suoi framework tra cui SpringBoot, JPA, JAXRS, Spring Batch, Quartz

• Esperto/a nello sviluppo di prodotti scalabili nell'infrastruttura cloud tra cui Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform

• Esperienza di lavoro con applicazioni di database su larga scala, ad esempio PostgreSQL

• Esperienza con soluzioni applicative sviluppate utilizzando lo streaming di eventi, ad esempio Kafka

• Esperienza nello sviluppo di sistemi di monitoraggio utilizzando le strutture e le tecnologie più recenti

• Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di controllo della versione, incluso Git
