Billing Account Specialist

Department: Administration

Reports To: Contract Billing Manager  

FLSA Status: Full Time / Hourly

Purpose                                                                                                                                                

This position is responsible for processing and approving 3rd party service supply invoices.

Responsibilities

This position involves regular communication with external and internal customers to insure proper billing of 3rd party service and supply revenue.  Individual must offer strong communication and problem solving skills as these are essential to the daily tasks of this position.  Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process and approve 3rd party service/supply invoices and submit to A/P for payment

  • Track dealer invoices via spreadsheet

  • Contract Audit

  • Contract set up

  • Other duties as needed

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook).

    Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.

  • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications. 

  • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.

  • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
