POSITION: Administrative Assistant

DUTIES: Answer phones Process mail Office Cleaning Data entry General filing Accounts receivables/payables Monthly reporting/spreadsheets Manage multiple cattle software programs Assist office manager, department supervisors, and owners with additional tasks or projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of everyday office and general cleaning tasks Word and Excel proficient ALL other experience/skills specific to office operations and agricultural software will be taught during one-on-one on-the-job training.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Applicants MUST be: Honest Dependable Punctual Responsible Positive Outgoing

SHIFTS: Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:00am-12:00pm, Fridays 7:00am-12:00pm
