Responsibilities: Responsible for the Supplier Quality and Quality Management System Strategic Objectives and deployment, aligning Corporate, Sector, Division and Business Unit objectives. Represents Sector on corporate working groups Responsible for Sector level documentation including procedures, manuals, and work instructions Manage sector business resumption planning annual reporting Management of Sector level supplier/quality systems and tools (Net-Inspect, SAMS, Sentinel, dashboards) Responsible for the execution and implementation of the Quality Management System and AS9100 Certification. Defines and monitors supplier/quality specifications, metrics, audit metrics and processes to ensure mission success. Promotes the professional development of the Mission Assurance workforce and fosters a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around employee engagement and inclusion, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement. Maintains the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics. Provides clear assignments, helps employees connect their efforts to the bigger picture, creates an inclusive work environment characterized by mutual respect and the valuing of differences, and builds a culture that motivates employees to their highest levels of performance. Leverages comprehensive metrics, customer and employee feedback to assess program performance and risks and determines resources to ensure mission success. Establishes and nurtures excellent working relationships with all Customers both internal and external. Responsible for overall Continuous Improvement system and ensuring consistent continuous improvement culture. Monitor and ensure performance goals are achieved, by identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks and opportunities to the business and programs. Evaluate business systems and processes for risk, problem identification, and correction. Ensuring that corrective measures address all stakeholders voices and meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. Support Return to Green, Failure Analysis, and Corrective Action activities with focus on full resolution and future risk mitigation. Drive culture change toward more proactive risk mitigation, data driven decision making, and continuous improvement mindset. Basic Qualifications: 19 years of experience with quality and/or supplier quality management in lieu of a college degree Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), business, or supply chain discipline with a minimum of 15 years of experience with quality and/or supplier quality management Masters degree in a STEM, business, or supply chain discipline with a minimum of 13 years of experience with quality and/or supplier quality management Experience with ISO9001 certifications Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance Must be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time) Preferred Qualifications: At least 20 years of experience with quality/supplier quality management Experience with AS9100, AS9110, or CMMI Lean Six Sigma experience SAP/CostPoint experience Current Secret or Top Secret Clearance Salary Range: $141,900 - $246,500
