West Marine Ship Complete Specialist in Rock Hill, South Carolina
Job Summary:
The Ship Complete Specialist is responsible for order consolidation for mainly, but not limited to, international customers. This position includes the gathering of all products, packaging, palletizing, generating international shipping documents, and shipping of the order.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Locate product on orders sent from West Marine Pro reps and call center associates (Distribution centers, stores, and vendors)
• Place purchase orders and transfers
• Communicate with order takers on turn-around time for orders
• Packaging and palletizing orders
• Hazard Materials packaging and shipping
• Gathering and generating all documentation for shipments (Including IMDG, MSDS and SLI)
• Communicate with vendors on out-of-stock inventory
• Other projects as assigned
Minimum Training and Experience:
• Good communication skills
• Microsoft 365
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with International Shipping Requirements
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to bend, stoop and crawl.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
