Amazon Compliance Specialist, Network Health / Trust & Safety in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Description

As part of the Network health / Trust & Safety team, the candidate will support in making sure that after a non compliance is identified, DSPs have ample opportunities to course correct before moving to more drastic measures as per the non-compliance enforcement policy; The candidate will support in tracking Corrective action plans (CAP), issuing and tracking Breaches of Contract (BOC), and executing Exits from the program, acting from the moment a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) commits a violation and fails to address it within agreed upon time; Additionally, the candidate will support in developing standard operating procedures to manage non compliance cases in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to hold DSPs accountable for noncompliance; the candidate will work hand-in-hand with TRC, DSP program managers, business coaches and other AMZL teams as an independent party to ensure enforcement is fair and consistent; Finally, the candidate will also support in the creation of SOPs related to handling escalations (from drivers, DSPs, Amazonians or customers calling to flag a DAs wrong behavior), including SOPs related to the tools allowing those escalations o be submitted. The key skills needed for this role are related to 1- process management (design and optimization) 2- communication skills (clarity and conciseness in written and in verbal communications)

Key job responsibilities

Develop SOPs and dashboards for Network Health and Trust & Safety charters, Execute mechanisms within the team mandate (CAP tracking, BOC issuing and tracking, Exits management),and any related task as per management requirement to the building and execution of the mandate related to the two charters

Basic Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written Arabic, Process management (design and optimization - 6 sigma++), Analytical skills, project management skills, business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, focus, multitasking, ability to travel for up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

Writing skills, influence skills, ability to structure an argument to make it brief and complete, having drive and not always waiting instructions, the attitude of coming with a problem and a proposed thought of solution instead of just a problem
