Join the team of a leading auto manufacturer in Ridgeville, SC , as we're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Production Associates . At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're committed to helping you find a job that's the perfect fit for your skills and aspirations.

Position: Production Associates

Location: Ridgeville, SC

Shift and Pay Rate:

  • Monday to Friday, 3:40pm – 12:20 am

  • $19.25hr

  • This position will be starting End of May

What’s a typical day like as an Assembler? You’ll be:

  • Your day will be dynamic and engaging, involving tasks such as:

  • Obtaining parts and strategically placing them in designated locations (e.g., attaching doors to vehicles, installing dashboards, seating)

  • Loading assemblies accurately into fixtures as required

  • Operating production machinery to perform various tasks

  • Inspecting parts meticulously for quality defects

  • Actively participating in problem-solving activities and contributing to corrective actions

  • Handling equipment with care, following established procedures and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED – required

  • Comfortable lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds

  • Able to stand for extended periods and maneuver in and out of vehicles

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US

  • Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
