Help at Home Registered Nurse - Supervisory RN in Richmond Hill, Georgia

The Supervisory RN will primarily be supporting clients throughout our Chatham County, GA territory.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services provided by our company’s direct care staff

• Coordinate clinical services and ensure quality care services are being provided to our clients

• Perform in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs

• Conduct scheduled supervisory visits to our clients' homes

Qualifications:

• Current State of Georgia RN license

• Two (2) years of RN experience

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Home care experience is a plus, but not required
