Lifeworks is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll for a group of approximately 1000 employees. The Payroll Specialist will work in Richfield/Hybrid Schedule with 20% being in person. Reconcile payroll transaction for all payroll groups. Set up and maintain employee payroll profile information, including deductions. Work across departments as a team member to achieve consistency, reliability, and best business practices for a variety of issues. Assist with benefit deductions and enrollment. Respond to requests for verification of employment. Provide top level customer service for all payroll related inquiries. Continue education regarding payroll laws to ensure agency compliance Define great performance for self and seeks to continually develop skills to improve performances Follow safety procedures and assist in identifying safety needs for self and others.
