Northwest Center has a new On-Call Custodial Opportunity!         

  Our team is offering 8 hours per week guaranteed with the potential for up to 40 hours per week

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various residential and commercial sites. You will be covering callouts, new contracts, PTO, and providing other support as needed

Location: Greater Seattle Area         

Schedule: 8-40 hours per week; Monday - Friday     

Wage: $22- $29.33 per hour *Benefits: *

Essential Duties:         

  • Cleaning and sanitizing common areas
  • Wiping down the entrance doors 
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
  • Outdoor patio and deck cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning -- Training will be provided!
  • Performing needed spot cleaning 
  • Stocking supplies in various areas 

Requirements:         

  •  Consistent and proper use of necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  •  Regular and reliable attendance
  •  High attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain efficient self-direction and organization for daily tasks
  • Able to work effectively and diplomatically with contract site personnel
  • Consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
  •  Able to handle physical labor, including standing, lifting, crouching, and reaching
