Our team is working across the customer engagement scenarios in the Universal Storefronts Team to connect customers through a common purpose, enrich relationships, and help them buy Store products and express their opinions to the products. Our Rating and Review system supports a diversity of products; with a large group of publishers and reviewers, having a mechanism to guard against hateful, toxic content is critical. This isn’t a small-scale matter; we know that to have a meaningful impact across our system, we need to build a modern solution into the product. With that in mind, we’re committed to building ML-based tools to make the moderation experience easier and better for our publishers (and reviewers, too).
We are working to improve the authenticity of Store’s Reviews and Comments by making more powerful moderation features. We’re improving on features right now that will increase the authenticity of your review content. You’ll be responsible for delivering extraordinary moderation across all user submitted content for Review, Comments, and Q&A.
Ideal candidate should have a clear communication skill and enjoy collaboration on problems. In order to succeed in our team, you will have to love cross group collaboration and be passionate about development, technology, and creating services and experiences users crave.
We are looking for experienced engineers who have:
•3+ years software development experience
•Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills.
•Proven expertise developing in C#, C++ or Java.
•Experience with service-oriented development and operating (DevOps) online services.
•MS Computer Science or related fields
•MS in Computer Science
•Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning toolsets
•Azure Web Services
