Description Service Engineers collaborate with developers and program managers to create comprehensive requirements for producing top-quality, actionable Power BI Reports and Azure Data Factory pipelines. Service Engineers are responsible for designing, operating, expanding, and enhancing large-scale computer-based services for IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience Two years: Related experience; 2-5 years preferred. Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Healthcare environment. Experience in Power BI report development. Experience in gathering requirements from caregivers to assist other team members in report development.
