More than 80% of promotions are done internally, so there is lots of opportunity to grow with the company. Below is an overview of what our Front of House team can anticipate.

Alpaca Chicken is looking for full time and part-time employees. During the training phase, to prepare for the store opening, no full time hours will be given.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area - Assist with banquet and event setup as needed

Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
