Job Description

El referente APQP tendrá cómo responsabilidad el desarrollo, despliegue y soporte de todos los procesos asociados a la metodología APQP. El referente APQP deberá asegurar el desarrollo de los equipos en la metodología y sus herramientas y deberá asegurar su buena aplicación con todos los departamentos de la planta.

En particular el referente tendrá que cumplir con las siguientes actividades:

  1. Construcción de los procesos en línea con metodología APQP del grupo Safran

  2. Entrenamientos y despliegue de los procesos de industrialización con los equipos de la planta.

  3. Coaching de los equipos operacionales para utilizar la metodología APQP y sus herramientas de la mejor manera.

  4. Administración y animación del procesos ICB (industrial Change Board) asegurando seguimiento de los cambios industriales con sus cierres en línea con los procedimientos establecidos.

  5. Participación en las redes APQP del grupo con el fin de mejorar los procedimientos Safran Landing Systems así como las herramientas asociadas (análisis de riesgo, PFMEA, ICB, PPAP, control plans etc)

  6. Administración del plan de mejora de madurez del sitio para el proceso APQP
