We are seekingHospitality Client Services Representativesto play a valuable part of our team during the 2024 US Open!

Start Date: August 5, 2024

End Date: September 8, 2024

Must be available every day of the US Open (August 26th - September 8th)

The Role

  • Assist with on-site execution of Luxury Suites and Hospitality Events at the US Open:

  • Pick up and distribute client materials to respective spaces throughout the NTC grounds

  • Manage pick up and drop offs at NTC loading dock

  • Work with Hospitality Office Assistant to track storage room inventory

  • Liaison between hospitality and other departments on the grounds as instructed

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of hospitality spaces

    Who You Are

  • Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to take and follow direction, remain calm and focused in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and problem solve

  • Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion

    Salary: $20 per hour; overtime eligible

    $35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
