Jacobs Business Analyst- TS/SCI w poly eligible in Quantico, Virginia

Your Impact:

Are you interested in using your skills to help shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel space? If so, look no further. Jacobs is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team of passionate individuals in Quantico, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering customer product requirements (may include coordinating travel for stake holder meetings), liaising between subject matter experts (SMEs) and various product owners, conducting product testing to ensure correct implementation, TTU help line oversight, training coordination, coordination with Operations Support team to ensure technical processes and documentation are current.

  • Will be required to attend all software development meetings

  • Must be proactive in seeking an understanding of all products and services in the program.

  • Will be required to gain SME knowledge pertaining to all associated products (RF equipment, software applications, interfaces, devices, which will be introduced once contractor is on board).

  • Ability to participate in product lifecycle assistance to include product testing, integration, and deployment of leading-edge technology. Day to day operations include the following activities:

  • Participate in and/or lead vendor and internal team meetings

  • Participate in and/or lead in training actions around new or previously developed products

  • Provide expertise based on experience and product knowledge to field personnel

  • Manage and participate in training exercises supporting product development

  • Engage with field personnel to revise project deliverables

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned projects based on current requirements.

  • Support design reviews and initiate project realignment based on feedback

  • Engage with field personnel to gather their feedback on proposed requirements

  • Test, document, and release products and product guides following established and developed test methodologies

  • Occasionally ride along or travel with engineers and technicians to participate in the effort of evaluating, testing, and recording multi-vendor equipment, cellular equipment, and system operability/connectivity test results

Here’s what you’ll need :

Clearance Required:

  • Top Secret w/ability to obtain polygraph

Minimum Education:

  • Accredited Technical Support Certification

  • Accredited Presentation Skills Course

  • Current Scrum Master Certification

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 2 years of experience creating/reviewing technical documents and processes.

  • 2 years of direct experience applying test methodology for specified product releases

  • 2 years of direct experience gathering and analyzing information required for the development of writing technical reports, standard operating procedures, training materials and documentation.

  • 2 years providing remote technical support, interfacing with customer/management/stakeholders.

  • 2 years of experience with Active Directory Administration

Preferred:

  • Previous experience with wireless technologies such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth are not required, but a plus.
