Serve as an internal advocate for the Mental Health product line driving decisions that will help support growth. Help develop the growth strategy, prioritization, and plan for increasing enrollment, engagement, and member satisfaction. Use data and design experiments to inform recommendations and decisions. Analyze data to uncover opportunities to increase conversion and optimize revenue. Keep stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating progress; demo and provide updates on new functionality and upcoming plans internally. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Amplitude and driving funnel optimization; (2) Leveraging machine learning on PHI-removed healthcare data to drive business results (Federated Learning); (3) Leveraging Tableau reporting and Amplitude analytics capabilities to identify and track key metrics and make decisions for product iterations; (4) Analytics and statistical tools and languages like python, SQL or SPSS to get to the data and run regressions, probability distributions for forecasting when required; (5) Building products in SAFe agile environment; (6) Rapid prototyping using Figma, Sketch or Paper for design communication and faster iterations; and (7) Productivity tools like Product Board and JIRA for effective roadmap planning, prioritization, and communication.
