Seeking talented maintenance technicians with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience to come join our team! POSITION SUMMARY: To support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have experience using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components

  • Completing variant changeovers as directed by the production planner

  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

  • Adjustment of the welding process

  • Completion of process audit

  • Identify, root cause negative influences on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through identification of production constraints

  • Product quality validation (Dimensional, weld penetrations and strength testing)

  • Ability to clearly communicate production issues to Maintenance, Weld Technologist, third party technical support, Quality Department and Production Managers

  • Responsible for adhering to policies and standards with respect to quality and environmental requirements

  • Must be flexible for shift rotations, overtime and weekend work as determined by production demands

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • standing for 8 hours at one time

  • working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

  • Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience is required)

  • Electronic Maintenance (3 years of experience is required)

  • Variant Changeovers

  • Inspection (2 years of experience is required)
