The Vancouver Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Team Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.

The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Intermediate Computer Skills

  • Previous Supervisor/Leadership experience (2 Years)

  • Security experience (2 Years)

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Driver's License

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
