Job Description: Deliver and expect compliance of all PWM required sales and operational policies and initiatives. Set the expectation and lead by example to achieve sales and profitability through sales generation, customer service, expense control, visual presentation, and inventory management. Develop business and marketing strategies to increase store sales and profitability. Provide leadership, training and development; recruit, hire and retain strong assistant managers and sales teams, provide positive feedback and coaching, evaluate employee performance, redirect, retrain and manage performance. Ensure financial budgets are followed and monitored regularly. Control expenses through promotional and pricing compliance, loss prevention, employee retention and following general store expense budgets. Support brand marketing initiatives, local advertising and visual direction programs. Prepare and conduct mid-year, annual and any other required performance reviews. Consistent written and verbal communication with Area Manager and other departmental groups as needed regarding stores performance. Must be able to listen, inquire and receive clarification; respond with questions and execute; all within a timely manner. Complies with all company policies and procedures and ensures store team is compliant. Other duties as assigned.
