Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall planning, direction and operation of the financial services for the organization.

Oversees strategies and makes decisions for complex judgmental issues related to audit procedures. Establishes and maintains an accounting system to meet the organization’s needs and provides complete and accurate records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.

Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and analyzing third party cost reports.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for planning and directing all financial activities.

  2. Establishes standards of performance, quality control, and department production.

  3. Provides analysis of income, expenditures, and capital asset values with comparisons to previous periods.Makes recommendations concerning methods of reducing operating costs and increasing income.

  4. Prepare and maintain financial reports

  6. Prepares annual tax returns and fulfill filing requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

  • Seven years of management experience in accounting/finance.
