What are your contributions to the team?
Perform quality reviews, write reports, raise requests for supplier action and follow up.
Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
Provides daily visibility on supplier issues to Manufacturing team.
Technical investigation to assure concrete Liability.
Provide fully detailed documentation / report on Supplier issues.
Establish Containment plan in Manufacturing (short term).
Suppliers visit Support in Manufacturing site.

How to thrive in this role?
5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
Project management skills.
Knowledge of quality management system .
Change management skills.
Experience in problem resolution techniques.
Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French).
Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP.
Systems, process, or product auditing.
Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external.
Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills.
