The successful candidate will be a progressive thinker who learns quickly and is highly driven to create a positive customer experience.The Licensing, Appointment and Registration Services organization provides services to Prudential employees (home office and field associates) and external constituents so that they are properly licensed, appointed and/or registered as needed to facilitate the sale and support of Prudential products and achieve compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.The primary focus of the Senior Associate, Regulatory Supervision is to shepherd complex producer appointment requests through the end-to-end process. This includes the following:Review, create or modify producer profiles in administration systemReview applicable forms to determine, and then create the applicable selling chain for new business submissionsInteract with distributors for clarification on missing data / formsAnalyze and resolve producer, Broker Dealer and General Agent qualification deficienciesRespond timely to Inquiry and status requests (phone and email)QualificationsQualified candidates will possess the following skills:Excellent organizational and time management skillsA strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and change direction quicklyAbility to work with diverse cultures and perspectives to build a collaborative, impactful teamSuccessful critical thinking and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a transaction-based environment or other operations environment a plusProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelProven ability to handle complex requestsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamExperience in an insurance carrier licensing or registration department a plus, but not required3 years in a customer service driven industryFlexibility to work overtime during periods of peak volumes.Travel to NJ, MN, FL, PA, or CT may be needed on occasion for meetings.RSRPRUDNote: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $53,600.00 to $79,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
