Student Veterans of America Jobs

Welcome to SVA’s jobs portal, your one-stop shop for finding the most up to date source of employment opportunities. We have partnered with the National Labor Exchange to provide you this information. You may be looking for part-time employment to supplement your income while you are in school. You might be looking for an internship to add experience to your resume. And you may be completing your training ready to start a new career. This site has all of those types of jobs.

Here are a few things you should know:
  • This site is mobile friendly. You do not need a log-in or password to access information.
  • Jobs on this site are original and unduplicated and come from three sources: the Federal government, state workforce agency job banks, and corporate career websites. All jobs are vetted to ensure there are no scams, training schemes, or phishing.
  • The site is refreshed daily to remove out-of-date content.
  • The newest jobs are listed first, so use the search features to match your interests. You can look for jobs in a specific geographical location, by title or keyword, or you can use the military crosswalk. You may want to do something different from your military career, but you undoubtedly have skills from that occupation that match to a civilian job.

Total Property Management Group Lawn Crew Members & Lawn Crew Leads in PLAINWELL, Michigan

Calling All Lawn Lawnatics! Is Your Grass Always Greener on the Other Side of the Job Hunt?  Tired of Mowing Your Own Path?

Do you dream of meticulously manicured landscapes and perfectly striped properties across Jackson and Plainwell, Michigan? Then ditch your shears and sharpen your skills, because we need Lawn Crew Leads and Crew Members

to join our legendary team!

In this glorious gig, you'll be (for both Lead and Crew Member):
  • The Michelangelo of Manicured Lawns: Leading the charge (Lead) or skillfully wielding your tools (Crew Member) to transform tired landscapes into green masterpieces.
  • A Grass Master: Wielding your trusty mower like a samurai sword, transforming tired landscapes into green masterpieces.
  • A Master of Green Communication (Lead only): Bridging the gap between happy clients and a happy crew (think less "Lost in Translation," and more "Landscaping Liaison"). You'll also be motivating your crew and fostering a collaborative spirit (think "weed-wielding warriors" not lone wolves).
  • The Weeding Warlock: Rallying your troops and fostering a "weed-apocalypse now!" mentality. Those pesky dandelions won't stand a chance against your wrath!
Bonus points if you:
  • Can identify a rogue dandelion from a distance (those sneaky little rebels!).
  • Enjoy working outdoors and getting some Vitamin D (bonus points for a killer tan).
  • Have a knack for teamwork (Crew Member) or a talent for motivating and leading a crew (Lead).
  • Can identify a rogue clover from a Kentucky bluegrass blade from a mile away (those leafy imposters don't stand a chance!).
The Benefits (because let's face it, everyone loves a good benefit):
  • Competitive pay based on experience: Crew members start $15-$18/hour, Team Leads $18-$22/hour - we value your skills!
  • Full benefits package that kicks in fast: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Paid Holidays, and a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match (because grown-up stuff matters).
  • The satisfaction of seeing your work come to life: You'll be the Michelangelos of manicured lawns, transforming landscapes across Jackson and Plainwell (minus the paint fumes).
  • A fun and supportive work environment: We believe in laughter, sweat, and the occasional epic water balloon fight to beat the summer heat.
  • The chance to be your own boss (well, kind of for Lead): You'll lead your crew to landscaping glory in Jackson or Plainwell, which is pretty darn close.
