Rotating shifts schedule - Must have availability to be flexible with your schedule to start

Duties will include:

  • Harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.
  • Forklift Operation
  • Conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
  • Return and rework activities.
  • Quality Analysis and Control activities.
  • Field management activities such as scouting, field maintenance.
  • Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.
  • Gathering data for continuous improvement projects.
  • Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have 1 year of forklift operationexperience.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Warehouse, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience helpful
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willing and able to lift to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Able to walk, bend, lift and stand for entire shift.
  • Able to work in cold and/or dusty conditions.
  • Steel toe boots over the ankle are required.
