Servicenet Facilities Maintenance in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

ServiceNet a large non-profit, human services agency is seeking entry level maintenance staff to experienced licensed contractors to join our Facilities Department. These positions will include a broad range of tasks based on skills and experience to help maintain/renovate an impressive list of residential homes and commercial properties. Position Responsibilities: Varied construction and repair work at residential and commercial office properties including carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and electrical. Property maintenance and snow removal as needed. Emergency on-call nights and weekends on rotating schedule. Any other job-related task assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. *Hours may vary due to projects. Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED required. Certifications and/or experience preferred. Valid driver\'s license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds. Benefits / Incentives: \$19-\$27 based on skills and experience. Generous time-off package.
