Summary of Job Duties:

This is a part-time only position and will only be part-time permanently.

Definite needs for the position - SAP, Payroll and Excel experience.

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Operation and Human Resources staff. Performs reception duties including greeting visitors to the facility in a professional manner ensuring that appropriate personnel are notified and that visitor guidelines are followed.

Have visitors take the Visitor Safety Video and quiz.

Receives all mail, by sorts and distributes mail to department personnel daily.

Directs those interested in applying for employment.

Orders and maintains inventory of office and other supplies.

Is the contact person for interacting with the vending service, building maintenance needs, cleaning service, etc.

Assist with ongoing administration of service award program, new hire paperwork, payroll, and filing system.

Enters training records into SAP and files records in employee training files.

Prepares and distributes postings announcing, Job Postings, births, and deaths. Arrange for delivery of flower arrangements.

Assists with mailings, distributions, copying, filing and project work, as required.

Provides miscellaneous support for the HR department.

Performs other administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications Required:

: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years business experience, administrative experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

: Ability to use and operate a personal computer, telephone, fax machine, and typewriter. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; some exposure to SAP and Microsoft Project preferred.

: Ability to code bills correctly with the appropriate general ledger account numbers and cost centers.
