Job Summary

The Job Coordinator plays a key role in providing support to ProTeX Field Technicians. Working closely with Project controllers they; Prepare projects; Set up and review project reports on a weekly basis; and compile final project report booklets.

Your Role as a Job Coordinator

  • Reports to the Project Controllers

  • Review Construction Plans and “Pre-Load” them into a database

  • Compile and review reports

  • Schedule Inspections

  • Review inspection reports

  • Communicate via phone/email with builders, superintendents (clients)

  • Generate weekly reports and updates on current projects for clients

  • Answers basic questions from clients

  • Secure information from Field Crews on the status/progress of projects

    Work Requirements/Skills

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Maintain a positive work environment

  • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone

  • Coachable/Teachable

  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs preferred, 35 WPM

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated and Results-driven, able to work with minimal supervision

  • Detail Oriented

  • Ability to read, spell, edit, comprehend sentence structure, and how to report/record data

  • Construction terminology preferred or the ability to pick up terminology quickly

    Work Schedule

Monday – Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

       $16/hour starting, with performance-based pay progression
