Roles & responsibilities:

• Manages process automation product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.

• Constantly observes relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s).

• Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).

• Establishes and manages or synchronizes a cross functional team to realize the development of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned.

• Drives the business performance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain.

• Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management.

• Provides technical input to sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations, ensuring these match SIEMENS capability and offerings.

• Planning and conducting technical workshops and seminars, customer support at trade fairs and end customer presentations.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years with technical experience in process automation.

• Willingness and ability to travel.

• Familiarity industrial automation product, knowledge and background is preferable.

• Excellent organization skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Teamworking ability.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet sometimes aggressive deadlines.

• Ability and good in communication and presentation skills.
