NMC Property Management Director, Talent Acquisition in Pelham, New York

Director, Talent Acquisition - 1 fulltime, temporary, intermittent (H-2B) jobs available 08/01/2024-8/01/2025

Employer: NMC Property Management, 629 Fifth Ave, Ste 105, Pelham, NY 10803.

Duties: Hospitality training for high-end residential properties in NYC. Scout, vet, hire, and train concierge in the British style of hospitality management for our class A clients. Supervise the hires throughout the portfolio of NMC managed properties.

Work Hours: 35 hrs/wk minimum, shifts vary Mon-Sun 7am-11pm. $28.59-$40/hr minimum, overtime possible but not guaranteed @ $42.89-$60hr.

Requirements: High School education required. No experience required.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer to provide company-specific washable uniforms at no cost to the worker.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Most economical and reasonable cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed only if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
