Precise Systems, Inc. Senior Data Management Analyst in Patuxent River, Maryland

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to support the USMC Light/Attack Helicopter Programs Office (PMA-276) at Patuxent River, Maryland. The Data Management Analyst will support the Acquisition Lead for the PMA-276.

Functional Description: Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Use and management of AMS suite (Program Management Tool (PMT), CDRL Tool)

  • Will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for CDRL development and management through the CDRL Tool

  • Host Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRB)

  • Provide oversight and management of the CDRL process for PMA-276

  • Will provide guidance and necessary training to PMA Data Management Analysts

  • Pull reports from CDRL tool as needed

  • Will serve as the liaison between PMA and contractors for all CDRL concerns and communications

  • Receive and upload deliverables to CDRL tool and track through disposition

  • Attend various acquisition meetings to include Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Procurement Planning Conferences, weekly IPT meetings, Program Roll-Up, etc.

    Required Education: Master's Degree or allowable substitutions.

    Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

    OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

    Required Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    Desired Experience: Previous NAVAIR and PMA experience in acquisitions and a minimum of one year using the NAVAIR Program Management Tool (PMT) and/or Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Tool.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
