Your responsibilities in this role

  • Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

  • Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy

  • Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

  • Institute financial procedures and controls Requirements - Expertise in Enter Invoices

  • Data entry experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Code Invoices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly-experience in in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
