Lincoln Tech is seeking a Retention Facilitator who will be responsible for ongoing professional and personal development of our custom training graduates. This role will analyze student performance and create action plans to meet their development needs as well as maintain, facilitate and execute partnership agreements as assigned by the Director of Education/VP of the WFL Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds effective business relationships with key managers responsible for the delivery and execution of training programs for their organization.

  • Builds effective relationships with graduates of our custom training programs

  • Builds action plans based on a needs analysis of the individual graduate.

  • Creates and implements a strategy to meet all expectations of each learner with the WFL Education Team and partner/corporate leaders

  • Works with the Education Team on program maintenance and development.

  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a management role with demonstrated track record of success

  • Experience mentoring, coaching and leading new learners

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining trust and good working relationships.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented and team environment with minimal supervision
