St. Luke Health Services, located in Oswego, New York, is looking to hire a Part Time Receptionist for evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate for this job will have exceptional communication skills, be resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Must be able to multi-task, provide administrative support and be proficient in all aspects of MS Office.

Position Description:

· Excellent customer services skills.

· Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.

· Maintain office supplies.

· Respond to questions and requests for information.

· Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional communication skills.

· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

· Sorts and distributes mail.

Qualifications - Associate degree or two years of related work experience preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
