Key Responsibilities

The Village of Orland Park's Sportsplex facility seeks an enthusiastic, responsible, friendly, energetic and sales driven part-time Certified Pilates Trainer.

This individual will be responsible for building a client base and conducting individual and/or group Pilates training sessions. This exciting opportunity requires a sales-orientated, self-starter who can build their own client base and reach out to new and old members to invite them for free trials and demos on our Pilates equipment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

Must be motivated and customer service focused with a minimum of 2 years related experience. Additional requirements include always exhibiting a positive attitude and having a Pilates certification through Physical Mind Institute, Peak Pilates, Stott Pilates, or Pilates Method Alliance. Ability to promote and sale training sessions is a must.

Up to 15 hours per week. Scheduled hours are evenings and Saturdays. Daytime hours may also be available as class enrollment continues to increase. Hours may vary as needed to accommodate client base.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $26.83 - $35.77 per hour, DOQ.
