We are excited to introduce our newly created Regional Float position. Work in your area of expertise, float to multiple clinic locations and earn 10% hourly differential! Facility selection and shift preference is available first come, first serve. Apply today!

**If you are an RN (Nurse) or an LPN and are interested in the part-time Float Pool, please APPLY! We are open to hiring ALL titles! Sign on bonus WILL apply to these other titles!

Regional Float locations include the following CHI Health Clinics:

  • CHI Health Clinic Family Medicine (West Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA)

  • CHI Health Clinic Valley View/CHI Health Clinic Direct Primary Care (Valley View, Council Bluffs, IA)

  • CHI Health Clinic Women's Health (Valley View, Council Bluffs, IA)

  • CHI Health Clinic Women's Health (West Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA)

This new Regional Float position allows us to expedite our responsiveness to our facilities with the greatest staffing needs by deploying qualified clinicians who know our policies, procedures and core values. Responsibilities

*$3000 Sign On Bonus Offered*

Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment!

In healthcare, we all agree that support is a must in order to be successful. This position will support our healthcare teams by ensuring they have everything they need in order to care for our patients. They also play a huge role in a patient’s experience and prep when they visit any of our clinics. We couldn’t do it without you! If you have a passion for supporting others and enhancing patient experience, we want to talk to you.

Expectations:

  • Record patient’s medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records

  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

  • Obtain medical information and take vitals

  • Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the physician/nurse

  • Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of medical assisting program

  • Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

$17.04 - $23.43 /hour
