Service Advisor - Auto Body (Omaha, NE)

B Street Collision is family owned and operated since 1978 and to this day we maintain the family feel with the benefits and resources of a larger company. We are a growing business with 11 locations that values teaching in house and promoting from within. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in regards to their collision repairs needs. You will be representing B Street Collision within a dealership service drive therefore will need to work independently while still upholding company values. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers to assess their vehicle, use your great communication skills to explain the repair process, and be your customers point of contact throughout their entire repair process. This is your chance to join an industry leading team! Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manager several jobs at once

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Collision estimating or automotive service advising experience preferred but not required

  • Maintain a fulltime schedule of 7:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday

    Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their needs

  • Educate customers on the repair process and procedures

  • Blueprint vehicle with related/unrelated damage

  • Photograph vehicle and enter data into estimating system

  • Consistently communicate with customers updating them on the progress of their vehicle through daily follow ups

  • Understand and follow all insurance Direct Repair Program (DRP) guidelines regarding all aspects of the repair

  • Proactive problem solving with company and customers best interest in mind

  • Maintain relationship with dealership team
