Administrative Assistant III

 

Provide customer service support and perform routine office tasks in support of clinical and medical records services. Duties include reception duties, data entry, word processing, answering a multiline phone system or switchboard, opening clinical charts in agency electronic health records (EHR) system, and overall office support for program at a specific site. Provide coverage as needed for Administrative Assistant positions at all sites during times when staff are out due to vacation or sick leave. BHR reimburses for mileage.

Compensation: $20.82- $25.87 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of vocational training in business office procedures plus one year of experience in providing customer service in general office setting and with multi-line telephone system. General office experience may be substituted, year for year, for educational requirements.
  • Knowledge of word processing software applications.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Travel is required for this position.
  • Must have valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
