VSE Corporation Shipping Coordinator - Operations (3255) in Olive Branch, Mississippi
This is a job for a Shipping Coordinator (IC - 2) Operations position with a company located in Olive Branch, MS.
Responsibilities: Ensure all customer orders are packaged and labeled with no to minimal errors and allowing for no damage in shipping through wrapping and/or banding. Verify all part numbers prior to packaging and ensure accurate quantities based on customer orders. Apply shipping labels to all packaged goods and routing item appropriate staging area for shipping. Prepare all necessary paperwork and electronic bills of lading at high accuracy, maintaining all related shipping records and logs. Maintain a clean work area, with adequate supplies of packaging materials. Ensure safe operation of forklift, pallet jacks, and any other necessary equipment. Load and unload shipments. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
