If you are interested in the Mechanical maintenance aspects of a production department, then we are looking for you! You will join us as a Mechanical Technician. You will participate fully as a Mechanic within our Processing department at Nestlé Nunspeet. In this position you will work day shift. As Mechanic you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Mechanical maintenance aspects of the production departments and associated machinery within the Processing department;

  • Planned preventive maintenance based on work orders and technical project work;

  • Initiating and/or providing relevant input on technical improvement proposals.

You will be part of the Engineering - Maintenance Processing department. You are part of 1 of the 3 maintenance teams in the factory. You will be working in an enthusiastic and flexible team of engineers and other technical specialists with a flat structure and therefore short communication lines. You will report to the Team Leader Maintenance - Processing.

What we are looking for in our Mechanic?

  • A completed technical MBO level 4 education in Mechanical Engineering, Service & Maintenance or similar;

  • Mechanical knowledge and work experience is a requirement;

  • experience of process installations is a plus;

  • knowledge of and experience in working with utility installations;

  • proactive work attitude, analytical ability, team player, flexible, eager to learn and enthusiastic.

The vacancy offers more than just a challenge:

  • A full-time position (36 hours a week);

  • You will be trained as a Mechanical Mechanic within the Maintenance department;
