Emerson Production Supervisor in NUEVO LAREDO CENTRO, Mexico

Administrate daily production plan, ensure: Team, Safety, Quality, 5's, Production Efficiency. and ensure production metrics such: On time Delivery, POR, Scrap, PPMs. Maintain and reduce turnover (<20%).

Ensure all people are well trained on safety procedure and assembly procedures to meet customer quality expectation.

Lead the production plan daily, to ensure compliance and maintain the line assortment system (2Bines) in good condition.

Lead personnel in production areas (quality, values and culture team, 5s's, safety).

To focus on compliance with efficiency metrics (units, OTD "Timely deliveries", waste, Quality) and Maintain high reliability of raw material inventories on assembly lines.

Lead and improve quality parameters (Scrap, PPM "Internal line rejections", NCM Non-conformity) and achieve pre-established shipment goals (POR).

Maintain acceptable customer quality levels according to pre-established goals. Ensure production efficiencies and line capacity based on pre-established goals.

Participate in the training and preparation of production personnel for the different audits.

Ensure that the personnel in charge are trained in the new Emerson Culture, Values, according to the program.

Actively participate in cost reduction, follow the regulations and safety and hygiene standards established by the Company.

  • Consistent track record as a production supervisor, management and personnel administration.

  • Experience in master production schedule, inventory control, logistics and production scheduling.

  • Bilingual (English 90%).

  • Leadership, communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Techniques, 5s)

  • Knowledge in the interpretation of material structures, planning, forecasting, MRP and KANBAN.

  • Analytical, organized and proactive skills.

  • Ability to train.

  • Computer knowledge, computer packages and Manage the Oracle, mapics or four shift system (as the case may be).

  • Proactive and passionate about meeting objectives and a gets result
