Armstrong Pumps / Fluid Technology Service Coordinator in North Tonawanda, New York

North Tonawanda. Armstrong Fluid Technology. Service Coordinator. $22 - $27/hour.

This position will support service coordination in the US. This person will work very closely with our Field Service Technicians, Customers, Tech Support and Sales teams to provide excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $22 - 27/hr. This is a full-time, onsite position.

In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits * Process field service orders, service purchase orders, warranty claims, warranty returns, service requests using our current, multi-business system platforms * Assists customers with equipment and field service-related problems and offers economic solutions * Assists with warranty returns and resolution by creating Warranty Return Authorizations * Works closely with L1/L2 Technical Support, QA, Sales, Logistics in cross-functional teams * Helps create and maintain role related workflows * Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual habits as scheduled

REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or GED required. College diploma preferred. * Two to five years experience in a fast-paced service or customer service type environment is a necessity. HVAC experience would be an asset * Strong PC skills, especially Word and Excel * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required * Maintain customer service relationship through customer phone support * Initiate Service Warranty claims for processing through the Armstrong service management system * Assist in the handling of the returned goods process * Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database * Ability to think clearly and logically, analyze and problem solve
